Based on a research with Singapore Management University and working with SMEs and other organisations in developing leaders and managers, we designed a practical succession planning model for SMEs and other companies. While many of these organisations are beginning to feel the need for succession planning, typically may not have embarked on it due to various reasons, evidently may be due to limited financial and human resources, compared with larger MNC organisations.
The 1-day workshop provides CEOs and HR professionals with a step-by-step implementable model in succession planning. The workshop is packed with practical tools and tips from successful real world experience from MNCs, academic research and balancing it with real and potential challenges faced by many local enterprises in implementing an effective succession planning.
