Felix Tan
Felix was part of a team of young entrepreneurs who managed to raise well over US$80 million from some of the world’s top venture capitalists for various businesses started during the dot-com boom years. In October 1999, Felix and his team managed to convince Richard Li of PCCW to invest US$25 million for a 25% stake in SilkRoute, giving it a US$100 million valuation.
Felix also helmed a National Sports Association as a volunteer from 1999 to 2005 where he secured well over S$2 million in funding from the Singapore Sports Council to grow the sport of fencing locally. He had also held executive positions in both the Commonwealth and Asian fencing federations from 2002 to 2008. At the moment, Felix is the Chairman of the Parent Support Group at the YMCA Fencing Club and is looking to grow and bring this wonderful program to more school-going children here in Singapore.
Further to this, Felix has been the Chairman of the School Advisory Committee at Teck Whye Secondary School since 2004.

Anne Yeo
Anne Yeo is a Certified Behavioral Consultant for DISC Profiling System (IML, USA), an NLP practitioner and a member of Teach Me Teamwork, Association of Experiential Learning and International Association of Facilitators. She is featured in the book ‘Barrier Breakers’ for her personal success against all odds!
During her 25 years of business development and general management experience working in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, US and Europe, Anne had the opportunity to work with diversified teams in very dynamic environments. Anne held positions of Regional Training and Ope ations Director, Area Director and Managing Director before becoming co-owner and General Manager of COMAT Training Services Pte. Ltd. in 1989. After 14 successful years, the company was sold in March 2002 to ST Training & Simulation.

Benson Lin Toh Leong
Benson Lin Toh Leong has been a trainer and consultant for close to 3 decades. Benson brought a wealth of experience to the training industry. He has been a leader to many businesses in Singapore, including Avantgarde Shipping and Bon Appetit. In 1986, he was selected by the National Productivity Board of Singapore to visit Japan to study Management Consultancy for SMEs.
Benson is currently the trainer for a number of established training institutes. He specializes in Sales, Leadership and Public Speaking. Many participants have benefited from his workshops and have made real changes to their lives. His stature and professional image instills confidence in the participants, while his great sense of humor makes his classes lively.
Benson is also a leader in Toastmaster and other not-for-profit organizations. He believes in service to humanity.

Regina Chua
Regina Chua is a corporate sales training consultant with extensive experience in the regional marketing and business development in Asia Pacific, primarily in Singapore, China and India.
Regina offers a unique combination of corporate experience and field experience in client engagement in both the consumer and B2B markets. She has designed and conducted sales and customer service trainings all over the world for a wide range of clients.
Regina is also an inspiring public spokeswoman and grips her audience’s attention through her natural dynamism, humor and an interactive workshop style. Her ability to customize to the customer’s industry’s context has helped companies see results immediately after her consultation or training services

Edgar K. Tham, MSc, PGCert.T&L

Edgar is Singapore’s very first sport & performance psychologist. As the former Head of Sport Psychology at Singapore Sports Council in the mid-1990’s, he has coached and trained many of the nation’s elite athletes and coaches in preparing for major competitions. He was the team consultant and traveling psychologist to numerous national teams at the SEA Games, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, World Championships, and the Olympic Games. His consulting work has also led him to do training programs and workshops in executive coaching and high performance coaching for businesses and corporations.
Edgar is the author of “In the Zone: The Mindset for Peak Performance” and “Mental Toughness Strategies”. He was recently awarded the prestigious Diplomate in Sport Psychology from the International Sports Professionals Association (USA) for his pioneering work and contributions in sport & performance psychology in Asia. He is also listed in the International Who’s Who of Professionals (2000) for his specialized work in peak performance psychology. Edgar is a former national champion in dragonboat racing, and holds black belts in both Aikido and Taekwondo.
Edgar is currently in private practice and is an associate lecturer in applied psychology for various educational institutions and universities.

Lawrence
Lawrence’s early career choices reflected his passion, from working with Yamaha Music Asia to co-operative to help their members in business development.
Lawrence spends 8 years working with METHODIST CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD as Project Development Director/General Manager reporting to Chairman of Board of Director. He is responsible for business development, profit & lost and overall operation of the Co-operative.
He is appointed by the Sonlife Ministries (US) to conduct leadership training program for the Church’s leaders and members in the Asia Pacific region.
Lawrence is a Certified Professional Trainer, (The International Professional Managers Association (UK)) and a Certified Business Continuity Management Consultant.
